Well I used first magento 1 and had a lot of experience within this then magento 2 came. The interface of the backend is more friendly, easy to use and manage compare to magento 1. Well I am a developer I will say in terms of coding I am not yet ready I can create an extension in magento 1 but compare to magento 2 I need to learn more well today I am currently learning and reading what is the proper way and how magento 2 is build.
